When ordering online we will send you emails to let you know
1. Your order / payment has been accepted.
2. Your order has been shipped.

UK ORDERS.
We ship smaller items via Royal Mail and in most cases it will take between one and three days to arrive. If your package is not delivered within five days following your dispatch email then we suggest contacting your sorting office to see if the package is waiting there. Many times the items are too big to fit through a letter box and they get returned to the sorting office for collection. If you would like the package left in a safe area of your home then let us know on checking out. We can deliver your items to a work address if you are not at home and there is nowhere safe to leave them. Larger orders are shipped via a courier service and we will let you have the tracking number when emailing you so you can track it online.


INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
we use Royal Mail AirSure Service up to the weight of 2KG. for heavier items then we will use a courier service to your country. The shopping cart has been configured for some countries, but if you are in doubt then please email us with the products you wish to purchase and we can give you a shipping quote. The AirSure service will require a signature on delivery so we suggest that you use a delivery address of somewhere that you can sign for the package. The tracking number will be emailed to you when the package has been shipped so you can track it online.

ORDER PROCESSING TIMES
We aim to send out orders as quickly as possible, most items are sent on the same day as the order is placed. Durring peak times we make the mane and tail bags to order. Please allow up to 5 days for these to be processed before shipping. If your order is urgent for any reason then please let us know and we will do our best to send it out as quickly as possible. We will send an email when your order has been shipped.

If an item is out of stock we shall display that status on the website. If we have a rush for a particular item and it is out of stock we will inform you as quickly as possible and let you know when it will be in stock again (normally within 1-2 weeks)
