TailGator how to place an order

Shopping online couldn't be easier with Tailgator. You do not need to sign up for an account with us & we have two simple ways to pay:


1. Pay online with credit / debit card or paypal

The website has a secure ordering process that accepts debit or credit cards online. You can also pay with Paypal.


2. Pay offline with a cheque / postal order (UK only)

We are happy to accept cheque or postal order payments if you would rather make a postal payment. Calculating postage and final costs are easy as you can fill out the shopping cart details and then select to pay by cheque, we then get a copy and when your cheque comes through you get an email to say it's arrived and another email to say your order is on it's way.

How to order


a) Adding items to the cart

Select what item it is that you want to add to the shopping cart then click on the [add to cart] button. When you add anything to the cart for the first time you will be asked to confirm what country you are in. Please choose the right one as it will then be able to work out the postage and tax amounts for your country.

You can keep adding items to the cart and changing quantity if you wish, just click on the [Recalculate] button if updating quantity and the [keep shopping] button if you wish to add other products.


b) The checkout

When you are happy you have all the items in your cart that you want then click on the '[checkout] button. You will then be asked to fill in the address information of where you would like the order to go and another other details about the shipping for your order. This screen will also ask you to confirm that you have read our terms and conditions.


c) Payment

Once all the details for your order have been filled in then you can select your method of payment. The choices are
1) With your credit / debit card through a secure server

2) With Paypal if you have a paypal account

3) By cheque or postal order.

d) Order Notification

Once you have completed the order then you will get an email notification to say that the order is complete. Once your order is shipped then we will send you another email letting you know it's on its way. Please see the shipping details page for further information on shipping and returns.
